Okay, I do realize that I am opening myself to be a target for those dogmatic of you who wish to disagree and argue the health merit of such a dietary choice, but believe me, if you had put in as many hours as I have attempting to find one nutritionally better that will bet the cost, then perhaps you can see why I will simply walk away from arguing with you.
